first try to get the name of the themes..then try
kutsforum,nulledscriptz,cucut or some similar site where you can get many script..
also google in blog search [not in web search]..that will help..
you can also try "rapidshare name of the theme" for google ..some times this kind of searching keyword helped me .

Yeah, that's your only choice.. and it's even simpler to create one with a CSS menu instead of Flash.

The only wordpress theme I can think of that is close to that one is the aeros theme try here http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/aeros I'm sure you can modify the code to look something similar to what you're looking for.
