In need of someone to setup up my static ips to be used like a proxy

So i purchased a block of static ips from my isp. There on the router and are assigned to each device that logs into the connection. But id like to set them up to be used like a proxy . So i can access a specific ip everytime id like to. I have 124 ips. Can anyone help? Only private message if your leaving your skype name because my post count is to low to private message.

Hmm, can't you turn off dhcp on router, then google for windows IP rotator - I'm sure there are programs out there that will just change your IP automatically for you.

I want to be able to log into each ip address when i want though... not just rotated at random. so accounts that i have can have there own ip address
