Anyone with private links would then make them public by selling them to you, hence it being the same as buying them from someone selling them publicly. I doubt many of those who are using industry best tactics to build their sites will be willing to sell you access for any price -> It takes a lot of work and attention to detail to ensure there are zero footprints and friendly instead of harmful. Personally, I would look for those in the marketplace who are doing it right. To me, it looks like you may lack the knowledge to know a good thing when you see it. Some food for thought, nonetheless.

Sir, I do believe that you may be bit misinformed about the definition of the word "private". Also, would you have a way of verifying if a seller were "selling them anywhere public"?
