In need of off shore merchant account for visa and mastercard

Hello, just wanting to know if anyone know of any good offshore credit card processing companies. I do way to much for pay pal, and for the nature of my buisness it has to be outside of USA. I have one, looking for a back up. Medium to low risk, we do not take online orders, only phone orders, and verify the address before we process the order. Average order is 1,500.00 US. Around 15,000 to 25,000 weekly. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
