So I've been a member here since 2010, and over the years learned a lot.
I find myself not needing to ask anyone for help really, and always figuring the algo's out on my own through testing.
I usually spend my time helping others, whether it's online here or offline and helping other people discover SEO.

But recently, I'm stumped.
I know I'll come across the answer soon, but I feel like I need to reach out right now to request some help when I'm in need. Hopefully someone who has it figured out can assist.

So, I've been working on my sites for maybe 3-4 months now and I'm not really seeing rank improvements.
I've spent the little money I had left on seo, and not really got ahead.
I've been building quality tier 1's with tier 2 and 3. I'm floating around page 4-5.
At one point I had hit first page, but a few weeks ago my sites all started fluxuating rapidly and it was only when I applied SAPE to the sites after building a lot of quality links, that I dropped out of the ranks, then returned at a lower ranking.
Tommy and them were telling me wait a few months, and from a few case studies I saw, it seemed to be that was the case. But even then< I can't really risk it with my money sites here.

So I need a few things;

Strategies that are clear cut working right now - Please PM me to discuss this.

I need to know if anyone is having success with sape still. I've used it for years, and now find it to be clearly not working so well.

Suggestions on any effective PBN's that are working, and I guess coaching on a balance of ratios. I've always kept my brand anchor / junk around 5-10% and then the direct keywords around 1-3% and that's worked well. + LSI.
But for some reason it's not? was there an update recently as well?

What tools are you using that are effectively ranking you?
And by effectively ranking, I mean those who are in top 3 spots. Or at least progressively climbing in that direction.

For my niches, there's hardly any money in second or third. It's all top spot, which I've pretty much owned for 3-4 years now.

Now, to digress. Usually I'd just wait this out and figure it out with testing, as before I used to have a lot of money.
I was earning around 300-400k+ a year, and the network we had going was earning more.

I have lyme disease and a lot of medical expenses + reasonable expenses elsewhere in my complicated life, so I'm essentially broke now. And any extra money i've had, I've spent on seo. Which was somewhat effective at first, then now nothing.

I can't afford rent right now, and unfortunately my health isn't stable enough to work a real job. Otherwise I'd go get a tech job for $50 an hour and I'd be alright with that.
I won't get into how devastating lyme disease is, and not to compare... But it's one of the most devastating things that can happen to the human body.

Some of the tools I was using;

Senuke
gsa
spinnerchief
divergent seo for quality tier 1's
A bit of manual work

Any suggestions? Whether it's seo services on this site, tools, strategies, etc.

I'd love to chat with someone on skype if possible and you can take 10 minutes to talk to me. I'm a quick learner.
Thanks for the consideration, means the world to me at this point in my seo carrier. Specially with everything else going on in my life, it's more important than ever that I figure this out.

Cheers.

You seem to be requesting private coaching or private advice? Why PM you? Why skype?

First of all, analyze your competition. What are they doing that works?

Second of all, read the journeys section here.

I can only agree with what already was suggested and in addition you may try expired domains with either rebuild of sites or 301 redirect!

I can help you just PM me your skype ID, we can have discussion about your SEO problem.

You will obviously have to remain patient and work on multiple sites with different SEO strategies. Not every website should get the kind of rankings you may want.

With SEO, results are not guaranteed. Some of your sites may rank, some may not. Some may rank within a month, others (and the majority) may rank within several months to a year. Now, a lot of patience is required to succeed. I suggest writing articles online or using your skills to make money on freelance sites while you work towards ranking your sites.

Patience is a big factor.Focus on quality and interact with your target audience.Try to get the best quality backlinks. That'l surely get you ranked in the long run.

In these days it is hard to say about SEO ranking, no one can guarantee for a place as the algorithms ahd changed a lot. I suggest to you check the backlinks of competitors sites and build great links. Google is giving more authority for aged domains than new ones.
