I have a disgruntled ex- employee who has hurt our reputation online in a few ways-
1- He posted a Ripoff Report with over 150 instances of slander in 2008 and it is occasionally rearing it's ugly head. A previous consultant had removed the report from the Google search results for a few years but it's back.
2- He started bad blog postings about us on 800Notes and WhoCallsMe. In addition, we had outsourced our call center for awhile and that led to many more complaints on 800Notes and WhoCallsMe. Not one customer of ours who participated in our companys services has complained. The complaints have all been generated by a few disgruntled employees and others who we have pissed off through too many calls. They read the other complaints and pile on.

I can assure you that we are an ethical business and we in fact have filed our entire business process with three regulatory authorities and have received their blessing regarding our business practices.

If these posts could be removed, that of course would be what I would prefer. I have hired a "WhiteHat SEO Expert" on oDesk who seems to be doing ok but this could take months to work and I am looking for someone who may have BlackHat techniques that would work faster. We are a small business with 12 employees and I need someone to take charge of this and destroy the slander if possible.

Can the postings be removed and can this be done for under $1,000? I only have 2 postings on this website so I can't PM anyone the details but could email the search terms or links to the bad postings. Thanks in advance for your help.

There's a few people here that do it. I'm sure theyll see this post.
I don't know if those 'call' sites remove posts or not, I have a feeling they might not. But if you can come up with somethign clever, maybe they will remove it... that being said one of the reasons people use those sites is to find out about annoying callers, which in this case is your company, so they might not remove it.

You could fill SERPs with your company name inner pages?
