I have app where users can search for adult partners and look for sex. I implemented in-app-billing where user can buy something like: featured ad, remove ban, extra ad time etc.

I read many documents from PayPal but I couldn't find information regarding my problem. All I found was:

Does anyone know does PayPal allow those kind of purchases in adult apps? I'm not selling any sex materials, only in-app-features.

Anything related closely or from far to adult business is strictly forbidden by Paypal.
They hate that kind of stuff. They've been known for a while trying to ban even dating sites from their platform. So in your case, i wouldn't even try.

Paypal frowns upon adult content being sold throughout their sites and services.

Go with a different payment processor, you can always test the new SnapCash payment system or have people deposit via Western Union or actually 2Checkout.
