    I agree with you about knowing you customer and video but I also know for fact that most people are now opting out of notifications and ads and are getting very hip about entering their information for any kind of free offer unless they have a good relationship with the source and that can be quickly burned with spam. Americans are much more savvy now if that's the target your talking about.

    At first glance it seemed like a repost from a website. Though since it waa not, take that as a compliment.

    The categories were too broad for me and made speculations I didn't necessarily agree with. "Crypto expanding like never before..." maybe. "Social media"... of course. "Strong SEO as always"... of course. "Dominance of mobile devices"... of course. I guess there were a few things to think about, but as far as diving into the specifics of things I hadn't heard of thought about before, not so much.

    User experience in two ways --> end to end experience, meaning you make everything memorable for them during the interaction, BUT ON TOP OF THIS you must find out what those interactions are, and what specifically would they want to see.

    We must define every interaction a person can have with our brands. From here we absolutely make it the most memorable.
    - its vital for your development to make it the smoothest experience possible, for marketing for your entire remarketing journey
    - for design to be folowing your brand to the type of color schemes and all being the favorite in the others eyes
    - its powerful for your remarketing so you know exactly what your client will see next
