Importante Question For Godaddy

    Hello,

    I made some folder.... files... installation useless on my root website, I have domain and gosting with godaddy, is there any way to back on the original situation like when I bought at the start?

    Please I need to restore Godaddy original root structure because now when I visit the website I get this error:

    "Forbidden
    You don't have permission to access / on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/1.3.33 Server at **************** Port 80"

    Dude are you begging for tech support on the forum youshould go over to the free lancer section or contact godaffys wonderful 24/7 tech support team...:dot:

    yeah godaddy have a restoring files feature..

    you might need to ready $150 bucks payment for that..

    Just contact technical support, they should be able to help you. I've heard lots of horror stories, but in my experience, the tech support people were very responsive and helpful ...and I was screwing all kinds of stuff up. Anyway,s you should also read their FAQ to see if there's a quick fix... Just go to go daddy .com and look at the support section. If you don't see anything, e-mail or call TS.
