    Hi guys,

I'm feeling bad after every day of working in front of computer full time and I'm opening this thread to see how do you stay healthy with a program like this.

Do you make excercies (fitness) or do you take care of any healthy diet?

I want to work but I don't want to neglect me anymore.

    Thank you

I exercise everyday... most days I can get to the gym, but if I can't I usually take some time to exercise at home.

I was off my fitness/food routine for the holidays, but now I'm back at it starting today. I try to stay away from the junk food, since its so easy to eat when on the computer.

Another thing I just started doing was several times a day to do "eye exercises"... it sounds funny, I know, but it really makes me feel better and more awake. A few times a day I do "eye rolls" and make sure I roll my eyes in every direction for a few seconds, back and forth... especially up, since I'm always looking down at the computer in the same position.

I hate fast food so I always eat alot of quality meat, fish and vegetables.
Sometimes noodles and bread but most of the time I eat fish... Oh and while I have breaks I love to eat rice with seegrass.

Also the usual work out stuff at home...

I know the feeling! One of my new year's resolutions :).
I've taken to going for a 30 minute walk each day, drinking 8 glasses of water per day, and doing 200 crunches a day.

I did this routine before for toning up for summer, and it really did work. Oh, and eat healthily, but don't get hung up on calorie counting. A waste of time and ends up making your whole world revolve around it. :)

    Some tips:

    1) Always keep a water bottle with you: staying hydrated is huge. If you think about this week, you probably didn't drink much because you were so focused on your internet marketing. You'll also go the bathroom frequently which is what you want.

    2) Don't sit for more than 2 hours without taking a break: I usually take a 15 minute break every two hours or so. Not taking breaks is really going to hurt you in the long run.

    3) Have a set schedule: You ever hear me say "quit out of BHW and implement!"? I say this because most people don't have a set schedule. Most people don't have a set schedule because they're not really sure how to go about making money with internet marketing. If you've just started out, set aside an hour or two to implement the method(s) you know and then read up for 2-3 hours MAX. The problem with some people starting out is that they are implementing for 30 minutes and reading for 6 hours. If you find yourself with this tendency, write out a schedule.

Some good eye excersise is when you're outdoors - look in the far distance and focus your eye on something. Then look at something close to you and focus on it. Repeat it several times. One of the reasons people put on glasses is theyre eyes are looking only at the monitor which is close to them. So with time the eye loses its ability to change it's focus from far to close and vice versa.

Yoga or some other form of stretching exercises
    100 oz. of water/day
25 min cardio 3-4x/week (basketball, jogging, biking, etc.)
stay away from preservatives and shit in foods

Work your way into doing this regularly and I bet you'll start feeling better in three weeks.

    Happy New Year

Great post.. But, i'd seriously recommend that 2 hours thing in point 2, to be as low as 30 mins. I have been suffering from cervical spondylosis for the past 3 years, well before I started IM, and one major factor for cervical and lumbar problems is prolonged sitting. Even getting up and stretching once in 30 mins will do, but not 2 hours.

I do Crossfit 3-4 times per week and run 3 miles 1-2 per week. Hardest part is the diet for me. I am going to start cutting out carbs, and hardest one for me which is beer.

I ride my bike on this private drive and can go at it for about 4 hours losing about 75% of a pound an hour I'm there so long I have to ride home and eat something so I can continue riding. I literally wave at the owner and his family about 10 times when he comes and goes (He is a farmer).

I try and drink 10-15 glasses of water a day and urinate a couple dozen times to eliminate bad bacteria so I maintain a healthy immune system.

    Sincerely,

    Shadexpwn.
