IMAP enabled gmail or other popular webmail

I require webmail accounts I can use to recieve email, programatically via IMAP. Alternatively, the accounts can be delivered pre-configured to forward all mail to a specific address.

Would start with a small batch to try out, and continue routine purchases indefinitely into the future.
