This is not soft-selling, I am not going to answer any PMs about domain.

I was just wondering what pricing would be fair for a domain that have links from......pretty much any site you can think of. Even from google.com (not talking about Gmail links, haha ). I know that 99% on BHW don't have more than $300 to invest in a domain, so this question goes to 1%.

Domain was not used for over 12 months already. It gets 5K-10K UVs each month just from links on other sites, so you can imagine the number of those links and the type of the sites linking to it. Pretty much this domain have links from all TOP 2000 sites on Alexa, it was THAT popular.

If you wonder about stupid DA it is 67 and PR was 6 or 7, don't have PR now cause domain was empty. It was not dropped but it expired recently so I am wondering should I try to list it here or just keep it for myself.

I wouldn't be willing to give it under $6000 and looking at my previous domain sales I start to wonder if people on BHW have the money for this.

So, to list it here, to list it somewhere else (no, I don't wanna list it on Flippa) or to keep it, what would you do?

The domain's name is an important price driver. Without that no one can give an informed opinion. Backlinks come and go. There's no warranty that the buyer will benefit from those backlinks for a long period of time.

So it all goes back to the domain name and the market applicability. If I buy a domain for $6000 I make an investment, that investment has to bring me profits, via reselling the domain or via monetizing it.

Anyway, if you don't want to keep it a secret shoot me a PM.

Keep it for yourself. The insane amount of time you will waste answering "plz send me the domain" inquiries by bullshit time waster replies can be used to make it work for you.

Or create a website that sells high end domains and make it private. Require people to show you proof of funds before you give them an account to log on and view inventory.

You're right, and thank you Netty, you said something that i was already thinking about.

Backlinks won't go and it is 11 letters domain (2 random words), and just by activating the site you will end up on the first spot for 50,000 searches+ traffic from all those links....equals money. Trust me, I am reading my OP now and wondering how it would be so stupid to give it for $6K, I guess i will keep it.
