image to html

I want to make my image collection into html, is there any software or script to make bulk image to html ?

but i want the output like this :

1. one html contains one image src and image file name as the alt anchor...
2. so if there are 100 images it become 100 html img src file
3. the filename which is filename.html is the name of the images, if the image name is google.jpg, so the filename will be google.html

please don't suggest these program :
frontpage, image galleries, wallpaper script.

there are thumbnail generators around, not sure if this is what you are looking for.

I will be done with this app very soon. Please review and let me know if it was useful.
