Hey all, I'm planning to work on a website basically with HD wallpaper, image and sorta stuff.
But the idea of bandwidth is insane.

Hosting server like Hostgator provide unlimited bandwidth is a lie, and not reliable.

Do you know any where I can host my image without getting ripped.
Like DropBox, they are flawed with copyright terms, and if you got caught or reported, you might lose all the pictures, and only recovered after the charge is worn off.

    How about Google Plus?

    Anyone?

Use a CDN service to deliver your images.

Services like Dropbox and Google Drive are NOT designed for what you're trying to do.

It's part of their business model, CloudFlare is one of the largest website security providers on the planet as of late.

They offer a CDN of sorts, but it's bundled with their security, optimization tools and the like - overall CloudFlare is pretty decent and better once you have business plan or larger.

Their smaller plans (including their free one) have "invisible" limits in place including how much traffic your website can receive before they ask you to upgrade or leave, but honestly you will need to grow a lot before that becomes a real concern.

None the less, you will still use bandwidth CloudFlare, albeit a lot less.

Use cloudflaer for saving more then 60% bandwidth. If you use WordPress then Use Jetpack Plugin for upload your all images in to wp server.

Use unmetered dedicated servers, it will cost you extra, but you will be able to handle the requests.
Now it also depends how many tb of bandwidth you are serving per day, 100mbps can handle 4-5tb bandwidth per day.

Secondly, try to compress loseless your images, to reduce their disk space and remove any extra image headers from each image.
