    Well the easy way would be to use the circle select tool in Photoshop, and just use it directly against the original images.

    The good way would be to expand the background and crop that, making it fade out so the original picture stays intact. You could probably also recreate the text on the second image to make it curved.

    A good Photoshop guy should be able to do this in less than an hour. I'd do it myself buuut...

    never used photo shop image stuff is not my thing
