imacro for firefox... scroll, or?

Is there a way to get imacro for firefox to scroll down? I need to take screenshots of the bottom part of the page.

Unfortunatley, I don't have a PC available, (mac user here) or I would use the 30 day free trial of imacros where it saves the whole webpage. imacros for firefox will only save the current screen.

I have searched all day...

If someone can give me the command, or point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.

Can you try using DS - direct screen command

Thanks. Actually, the DS is only available on the full version, not the firefox plugin... which is all I have.

i need a auto scroll for pinsta.me and then the followers of a person
