One thing comes to my mind. Low bid amount.

The ad is approved, but it doesn't deliver because you are constantly outbid from other competitors targeting the same users.

I would suggest that you break down those ads into mini campaigns. Use the same ads but for each ad make 10 campaigns targeting age for example in small increments.

    Example:

    Ad 1 campaign 1: women from 18 to 22
    Ad 1 campaign 2: women from 23 to 25
    Ad 1 campaign 3: women from 26 to 29
    etc.

Run it for a few days and then select the ones that convert ok. And that's just one example of what you need to do to lower your CPC.

FB ads is not that easy as setting up 3 ads with broad terms. It takes a lot of work to make it run as you want and to optimize the costs.

What FB says is bullshit most of the times. What they suggest is also bullshit most of the times. Do a test. Get your bid at 1 RON and see if it starts delivering. I would be surprised if you get no clicks.

If you are bidding on PPE ( Post Engagement ) Dont bid manually, always put automatic. Because manual "bidding" on Post Engagement is not classic bid. Its value what is post engagement worth to you :) If you want try manual bidding try CPC but I suggest you use Post Engagement and Automatic bid.

It will set proper bid to start your AD and you will have to watch your AD performance and do not stress about price first day. If your AD is good it will settle and price will go down.

You are targeting USA which is most pricey country there. When you set automatic bid most likely your bid will start somewhere between 4-9 euros CPM. Your price will go down depends on what engagement and CTR you will get. If you have kick ass video you can try promote VIDEO which managed to get me 0,002 US Clicks :) But getting 0,03 - 0,09 cent US clicks is already good. I was using FB ADs for two years and I can say you FB is crazy :D

You didnt probably advertise before so that is another factor why your ADs do not get any impressions.

Try to delete and repost again in another 24 hours. Check again if your bids are competitive once again and try to remain calm.

    Peace,

maybe you bid lower than the recommended amount of $ per engagement, that's why it's not getting reaches, etc.
