I'm updated my post content and I'm searching google after few days. But I can see it's not updated
Do you mean the "description" below the URL in google is not updated? Can you check the cached date (click small green down arrow), it should tell you the last version of your page google is using.
From Google Webmaster Tools, Go to Crawl -> Fetch as Google -> You will find your root domain beside it empty box downside that box you will find this statement "Leave URL blank to fetch the homepage. Requests may take a few minutes to process.".
If you applied any changes to the Home page leave this page and click fetch. And in your case your Post lives in subdirectory in your Main URL enter your post in this box like this: http://www.example.com/your-post-goes-here and press fetch. Few days your content will appear in the search engine with your applied updates to it.
