Hi there I'm thinking of using Rankpay.com but not sure if it's worth the money to do so. Has anyone used them before, is it worth going with them? Anyone has any recommendations for good SEO companies?

    thanks

Never used them....just use there site as I find it easier to use for a quick check rather than adwords or traffic travis.......you must have some pretty deep pockets...their prices are on strong side

I don't have a deep pocket at all. My main keyword which has 400,000 global monthly searches which I want to get into the top three will cost 181 dollars a month, which is around £120 a month. I'm thinking of going for it and it don't cost me anything if they don't reach the target.

I dont think they can rank that level of keyword with 200$ a month. But its worth a try lol.

They are a scam. Gosh, you guys believe this "guaranteed ranks" for a couple hundred bucks crap. Get real. No SEO company can make those kinds of guarantees and not go bankrupt. At least not at those prices.

Don't just take my word for it, look at their rep: http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/rankpay.com

Interesting, hard to find SEO companies that back their SERP result w/ a money back guarantee.

Interesting, two conflicting accounts and opinions of the company!

seriously though, you can't always trust a review site, many of them could be rival companies...

i emailed them once, and i just got confirmation of whats clear, the posible scenario is you pay pay 6 times 200 USD (6 months) before realizing you will get rank...or not...so carefull, there is no statement they will do this in 1, 2 or 3 months

and hey...they can even say after 6 months "we cant do that its to tough"
so the "we take money after rank is succeded" is bs, becouse this is monthly charge

I would be interested in your keyword(no not really) but any time I look at rank pay it quotes me $600 for top 3 on sub 20k keyword. I also wouldn't be pinning all my hopes on 1 keyword and would expect to target 6-8 minimum so therefore the monthly spend would be over $2000.

Can't argue with the no rank no pay though, especially as others are confirming the veracity of the claim. If you have done your homework and are happy that you will get a good return on the keyword then it doesn't look like much of a gamble.

Done my homework, I own the exact keyword so hopefully that will stand in my favour.

I've used them a couple times, its not a scam. They don't bill you unless your are ranking, so how is that a scam?

Here is the issue though- they haven't updated their practices in years. They are still doing pre-panda shit. I dropped my account a long time ago because of that. You won't get your site ranked using it.

OP I think this post raises an important issue. You don't want to be investing in a company that isn't 'on it', you could hurt your sight badly.

When you give your site to a 3rd party you need to have faith that they are using the best practices.

They could rank your site in the short-term meaning you pay them, but then with future G updates your site could be heavily penalised.
