    Okay basically this site is not going to be one of those login register complete offers for points exchange points for prize etc type of site. I just want to put a form that I collect info, and a link to complete an incentive offer... Thing is how can I see myself that a certain person has completed the offer ? Since I am personally going to be handing out the incentive.

    Also another question, what networks have mostly incentive offers with good payouts ?

    Most networks allow you to pass SubID variable. You can put email or user_id on this field so you can track the lead :D

    Always wondered what the SubID was for, any guides that explain how I could get this done ?

    Let's say you are giving paypal cash incentive for your user. So you will need these pages:

    1. yourofferpage.html
    Contains offer description and a form.
    HTML:
    Offer description here

    <form action="redirect.php?offer_id=1" method="GET">
    Your Paypal email: <input type="text" name="sid" value="">
    <button type="submit">Complete Offer</button>
    </form>

    2. redirect.php
    PHP:
    // your offers, db can be used
    $offers[1]['url'] = 'hxxp://affnetworks.com/track.php?cid=xxx&affid=xxx&sid=';
    $offers[2]['url'] = 'hxxp://affnetworks.com/track.php?cid=xxx&affid=xxx&sid=';

    header('location: '.$offers[$_GET['offer_id']]['url'].$_GET['sid']);
    That's the easy one :D

    So lets say I put up a form like that with the paypal email, each person that will include their paypal email will give out a unique SUBID on the affiliate network ?

    If users complete few offers, you will see same SubID (the paypal email)

    But still you can track who you should pay :D

    Edit:
    You better use a database table unless you are offering 3-5 offers. This way you can easily add/edit offer description etc. without having to add more offer pages. Maybe create something like hxxp://yoursite.com/offer.php?id=1

    There is a PTC script floating around somewhere around here.

    Take a look at some of the other PTC sites out there.
    They all look so much alike because they use the same script, and just change the pictures.

    Find one of those sites, go into the view source, and find where the name of the script they use.

    Then just google= "SCRIPT NAME Rapidshare"
    And i'm sure you'll find it.

    In terms of affiliates that ALLOW incent.
    NOT MANY.

    CPA Lead is the best that allows incent traffic.
    They, however, do NOT allow monetary value given as incent, so be carefull.
