So the website is #2 for its niche keyword and a web 2.0 is #1 for the term with a link redirecting it to the website
I'm getting at least 50 visitors everyday from google. How much do you think I should shall it for?
Or are there any other ways to help monetize it?

There are always ways to monetize a site, it onus is upon you to find one that suites your website. I can't recommend any specific actions as I have no idea what your website is about or what methods of monetizing you have tried.

If it's not making you anything, then you'll have a hard time selling it.

Rankings are good, but not many people are interested in the potential of a site - they want to see numbers.

So yeah, try to monetize it and then sell.

So far I have made two clickbank sales with it. And I don't know how it would work with Adsense because I've been banned for a while now

2 clickbank sales? Why not just hold on to it and start the process over again. Chances are you'll make more in clickbank sales over the course of a year than you'd make selling it now. Just start more sites and keep adding to your network of sites.
