I have a Wise account that I never used. I only ordered the card if I need it as a backup when I travel.

Each two months, Wise sends me an e-mail to confirm my account. Today I've got the 3rd e-mail to confirm my account.

If someone from Wise reads this, I wish the company goes bankrupt!

Do you get charged everytime this happens?

And have you at least tried to contact them with this error message?

I've confirmed my account without such problems.

And that also doesn't solve any problem, spitting at the Sun doesn't make it wet nor stating the fact either. Let's understand why the help out.

Wise is banning without reasons.They closed my personal acc and business acc without a reason.

As per regulations, they need users to verify their account(s) and since your account is not verified, they are sending you some frequent emails to remind you about the same. Seems (from the screenshots) that the last dates for submitting docs for verification gets extended each time (it happens incase regulatory authorities extend it). I guess incase you do not want to verify the account, you may contact their support and close the account along with a request to them not to email you.

No. I don't get charged for the verification. I didn't tried to contact them. I will for sure if this happens again in two months, as usual. My account is verified, and my ID is not expired, and I didn't even logged in since two months ago, so no reason for another check.

No. I've verified my account the same day I've made the account with them. I've uploaded my ID and face scan the same day and I was verified. I also have a card from them.

I think there's a glitch with their system, like if you don't do anything within x months they ask for another verification, but this is stupid as fuck, since my ID is not expired for example.

I think there's a hidden marketing plan to force you to use their card or services. Until then, they annoy me with this verification each two months.

In the EU, there are requirements for clients to update their details like phone, address, etc. each year, otherwise they might suspend your account, but here is not the case, since only a few months have passed.

Wanted to send funds abroad and they made it a pain.

Used Remitly and it went through in less than an hour, will it took wise 3 days just to tell me it wouldn't go through and if I wanted to try again it would take another 3 days.

Gonna try out Remitly thanks. What's your experience with Revolut? Started using it however haven't sent/received big 4/5 fig amounts yet, will begin soon though.

Not familiar with it.

Remitly's only restriction is they don't want to be used for commercial stuff, but if you have a good story you might be able to get away with sending large sum (i.e sending money for hospital bill, college fee, build a house, buy a car for cousin etc.)
