Ok guys, I'm paranoid about everything. Don't tell me I need to see a shrink for this. Constructive tips would be really helpful.

I am working for like 18 hours a day, and sleeping for less than 6 hours a day. Forgot the last time I watched TV in peace, or read a book, or even read wikipedia or googled for stuff other than relating to my work. I am having to get all the work done by myself.

It is not really because I can't afford to pay a VA in Philippines about $300 a month, I can afford to pay for 10 VAs infact. But I am paranoid with the what ifs.

What if I let a VA manage my sales on DP and he steals my ebook and sell it on his own thread? What if I hire a VA to help me sell more email data and he takes all the data and sells them himself? What if I hire someone to do the mailing for me and he replaces the affiliate links to his on the mails? What if I trust him with a few blogs and he changes the affiliate links there too? What if he finds out everything I do and leaves me after 3 months and does the whole thing for himself and becomes my competition, leaving me to hire someone else and train him and what if the new one too does the same?

These are the questions that pop into my head everytime someone tells me that I need a VA to ease off the stress and make myself more productive.

Any help guys? How do you manage your VAs? Can they be legally bound? How do you fuck them back if they try to fuck you when they are in a different country? Or how do you make sure they don't even think about fucking you in the first place?

Thanks in advance for all help

They can not be legally bound.

Most VA's don't have the financial means to do anything other than what they are doing, which is doing small tasks. Also, most VA's wouldn't be willing to gamble either their money or time online doing half of the stuff other people do.

Once you gain knowledge from your employer on how to perform a job, there's really nothing stopping someone from starting their own business, other than financial security and a positions lack of responsibility.

I used to be like you. I had people in China buying stuff for me, and I would sell it on eBay, and they would ship it to them. At one point, I was doing $400 a day in profit this way and I thought for sure they would copy my business and do it themselves. Did they ever? Nope, and they probably knew more about my business than I did.

spend a little more and hire some one locally, if you start to be able to trust them, then have them sign a no competion agreement, give them you EIN And tell they are on the books

you get whats you pay for

Your best bet is to hire a company that provides VA's and not individuals. The main guy who manages them will not have time to use your methods and since his VA's will most probably work fulltime from the main guy's office they cannot quit their jobs in a flash. If You are not delegating Your work You will not be able to scale.

Hi ,

Very sad to know this feeling from U guys

I am in VA biz for 2 yrs in this bhw forum, and get trusted. Going to give you 2 days free trial

Not all VA companies are bad

I have used about 40 different VA in the last 2 years in various projects (Philippines, India, Pakistan Ukraine) without sounding prejudice it really is a cultural issue on what value they put on intellectual property.

In my opinion the best are from Pakistan, unreal work ethic and if they are devout Muslim's they have a higher regard for your work and work product.
