Heya I just need some pointers in the right direction as I'm completely dry on what to do.

I just really need help reaching goals of being successful, in 2015 I was introduced the the world of "making money online" I joined various forums and I joined this late last year hoping to find new ideas on my money making ventures.

However last year I really didn't make much, maybe like $2 from instagram CPA (but I had spent like $50-100 on shoutouts, and been scammed about $100). I ran a webshop/eccommerce and only sold like 2 items so a few dollars profit there too. Here are the "failed" journeys:
    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...chels-beginner-journey-making.html?highlight=
    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...hels-journey-10-day-before-16th-birthday.html

I'd like to say even thought I lost more money than I earned, I gained experience which is good but right now I just really need some new ideas that may/may not work for me without investing too much money.

I always read successful stories and it simply amazes me how teens like me are making so much money, like enough to help their family, like them I want to be able to be successful and help my family.

So is there any ideas? I've tried various eBooks trust me, I'd like to try CPA or starting a clothing brand again but I think I'd need like a helper/more resources. I'm really open for anything except adult related. I'd also like it to be more on the entrepreneurship side than the blackhatting.
And like I'm young which I'd like to think I have time to "fail" but I still want some success this year!

    Thank youuu

From someone who lost 2 years and thousands dollars before started earning something off internet: don't do what everyone else is doing. Do something ACTUALLY useful instead. Make a useful service or product and people will line up to buy it. Stop thinking like blackhatter (though you may continue using BH methods) and start thinking like entrepreneur. Write down 10 ideas of what you could offer to the world everyday. Write them down even if they seem dumb or not profitable. You will stumble upon something sooner or later.

Btw, CPA is highly competitive. Why would you do something highly competitive? Would you open a burger stand just because it's "easy to do"?

Create websites and do SEO with affiliate marketing. Learning how to do SEO will change your life. Sure it is not as easy but you will thank yourself in the long run.

In all honesty I think I have more entrepreneurial experience than a blackhatter haha, but thanks for your tips and I couldn't agree more :)

Don't dismiss fiverr as a viable option. It's EASY to earn money on there. I've done it, my brother still does it and he does well.

Find a service you can semi or fully automate, and then just sell it according to the clients needs.

Also, join Facebook fiverr groups and even create a twitter account, just for extra exposure. It doesn't take a lot of effort, and you often will get results in the first few days if you stick to it.

Ahhh, those days are really hard. You should learn SEO, it really changed my life for the better even though I was a hater at first. Fiverr is a good solution, SEOclerks as well, you can find some work to post there. That could be a start.

Like Conor said, don't forget about Fiverr. It's a good platform to earn some extra cash. You made connections here, people will help you with reviews and eventually you will get good sales.
Think at something unique and sell it on Fiverr!

A clothing brand? Why not create a new soda and compete against Pepsi?

I don't how... or more important WHY someone would help you when it's clear you hate helping yourself...

You've tried ebooks "trust you" ? No I don't trust you. And I have no idea wtf that even means cause selling ebooks is profitable. I've made more than enough money selling SHITTY ebooks from Clickbank to know it's profitable. If you know how to sell you can drive traffic to and sell anything. So please, let's not pretend something doesn't work merely because you lack the business acumen to do it.

You'd also "like" to try CPA. But what you like more is to make a thread where you just tell us you'd like to try CPA.... as opposed to actually writing how you're going to do CPA or anything that remotely resembles a business model.

I hate to sound so rude but you sound very naive.

Clothing & ecommerce can be done but with your level of experience I'd stay far away from those 2.

The hardest part about what you're asking (more generally) is how to position yourself in a profitable market. And let me explain one of the most basic aspects of marketing. To do that you don't look at methods like instagram or ppc or SEO. What you do is look at MARKETS.

Your attention should be on markets / industries / niches. Spend the next 100 hours doing keyword research. Look for low search, low competition keywords for ANYTHING that people are looking to buy. Then start narrowing out the least competitive niches where YOU have the most chance of success. You find the market before the marketplace. This seems to be the single hardest thing for a noob to get through their head. We're not called "methoders". We're called "marketers" cause we research markets then find a way to capitalize.

The way you're working is backwards. Don't worry about CPA/CB/Shopify/Amazon/blah blah blah. There are millions of profitable niches so find those first, focus on battles you know you can win, where your competitors are retards then simply go in and milk a niche for all you can. Move on to the next niche. Repeat. It's as hard as you are unwilling to learn and work.

BB is right. I'm in two niches right now where my competitors are just...I wouldn't say retards but they're close to it. And I'm doing something that no one else is doing in both of those niches. So I get a good chunk of business in both niches.

It's not hard to do. One niche is offline and one is online. I just ran around the forum looking for ideas, and I found quite a few thanks to the jr. vip members here. I just put my own twist on it and applied it to my two niches.

Now I'm so busy offline I can barely keep up with my online project.

It really wasn't hard to do. The thing is you need to stop buying ebooks and courses and whatever and start reading these threads. Here's one that really helped me: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/making-money/822331-why-you-not-making-bank.html

LB suggests that you read everything you can on this forum before you jump into a niche. I used that trick to research a niche on Google. I looked up "Why to people [fill in the blank]" and just read everything available until the search results stopped making sense.

That's how you learn about your target market. Find out why they do the things they do. What possesses people to buy acne cream or midget porn? It's not just filling a need. You have to really get into their head. What kind of person buys this stuff? Why are they buying it? What are they looking for? It's not as easy as "Their face is messed up" or "They have weird tastes in porn." Don't ever assume you know your target market unless you ARE your target market.

Once you finish doing research, compose a profile of the type of person you're marketing to. Then develop a marketing plan and execute it.

Again, we'll use "midget porn" as an example. You develop a profile. The person you're marketing to is named Frank. He's got blond hair, green eyes and a really hot British accent. He can interact with people just fine but he feels like if anyone knew he had a fetish for short people it would ruin his life. Frank is a very successful banker. He makes $750,000 a year. He drives a black Audi, he lives in a gorgeous loft, and he likes to go kayaking. He dates on an off, and he's bi-curious. He doesn't have kids and his parents live in Utah, which is a religious/no porn zone. Therefore, porn is a thrill for him.

Does that sound like someone you can market to?

Of course it does. You know this person. You can market to him on the basis of him getting a thrill, or satisfying his innermost desires. Or whatever the hell you just concluded from that profile.

How are you going to market to him? Well, Frank probably visits porn forums. Or he is already a member of some well known membership sites. Target those markets with banner ads or join the forums and market to him. He's also probably a member of some dating sites, so you might be able to do some marketing there too.

OK, now you know where you're marketing and you have a general idea of how you're going to market. Now go in for the kill.

Do your research first. Find the market, research the market, create a profile, create a marketing plan, and then start marketing.

(This is just an example. It's just to give someone a general idea of how these things work.)

I can't completely agree with you guys. (Not that my opinion matters to anyone) But, if he's got passion for fashion, why not go with the clothing brand? I mean..yeah the market is absolutely full of these kinds of stores.
Acknowledging that I still think there are some subcultural layers that you can make profit of. I don't know...sell turbans and target arabic regions or sell kimonos to japanese wannabe white girls idk.. (I have no experience in the fashion field). What I do agree with is that your business has to represent something unique, give value and has to be informative and useful for people.
Always keep in mind though that you need plan b,c,d etc. Just don't stick to one niche.

lol the "make money online" niche is the biggest hunk of junk on the Internet. Most of these people are making $0 online and then talk about how to make money online. Even funnier is most of them can't even pony up the dough for hosting and a real domain. They have their "online money making" shit blog on a free blogger domain.

Yes SEO is very powerful and I'm slowly learning, maybe I could set up a micro niche site and rank it.

I've tried fiverr! Maybe I didn't try hard enough but after 1 year I only got 1 sale haha, thanks for the tip though!
