Im noob, Please help me with CPA

Hello im new to CPA here this is my very first time trying it, so i started with OGAds when i created a smartlink to promote on my social media accounts, i tested but the first problem is that the antivirus blocks the link so i have to tune it off,and then the offers dont show it takes me to the link that set where to go if there's no offers although i edited many times and make sure that the offers are there so,
