Im newbie.. some basic questions

Ok so I try to get my blog to the first place on google (the keyword has 12,100 searchs in month and im already on the 4 place on google)
I saw in other forum that I need to do <b> on the keyword in the posts but not spam with that, 2 or 3 its plenty, anyway the question about it, if I do some keywords that I bold them 2-3 in one post (so if I got 3 keywords it will be 6 bold on post) its legal? is it ok?
the next question is if I got a certain structure on every post that I do first 5 lines every post the same (to like the facebook page of the blog and some lines with the keywords) is it ok or I need every post to write something else?

It's ok, and if you bold the same keyword two times that's enough.

It's ok but make sure your content is unique.

Just look at your site like a regular user does. Do these bold words look good? How do the posts feel with the sentences repeated? If it looks ok you should be safe.

Be as natural as possible in bolding the keywords. Once or twice is enough in a page.

You can actually do that but yeah just make sure it looks natural and not too spammy or your post might get deindexed.

just make sure you write unique content and drive good quality backlinks and your rankings should increase.
