im just starting out with it and am using a plugin for wordpress which is asking for my amazon Associate ID.

i googled and even searched my amazon account but couldnt find it.

what is it and how do i get it?

pretty sure there is an ID in the top left or right corner when you login.

Yes Biz is spot on, it is in the upper left corner, your account is your ID

are u sure your are registered with amazon assosiate program...coz if you are then finding ass ID is pretty much simple...if u cant find it in admin panel...just create a text link and extract the ass ID from the generated link

asin is B0019VPUAE in this link - it's in the description of every single article on amazon (strg-f -> asin -> enter)... try to use the following ling-scheme:

w3.amaz0n.c0m/exec/obidos/ASIN/ASIN_GOES_HERE/YOUR_ID_GOES_HERE

replace ASIN_GOES_HERE and YOUR_ID_GOES_HERE with your asin/id...
