you know what...its a new year and im going to try not to be to harsh to the noobs

Its not you OP, but this forum gets ?'s like this everyday...everyday...

It gets annoying esp when there is sooo much good info on this forum if you are willing to look.

    But to answer your questions.

CPA stands for cost per action...meaning you get paid based upon a certain action that a user takes..

such as buying a product. filling out a for or giving their email/zip code

email submits are the most common and you get paid around $1-$3 per email..

there are some cpa offers that give you up to $40 for a free trial offer of a product.

and you do not have the be from us or canada, i believe cpa networks are open to most major countries....

but for future reference please use the search button when u have a question in
orger to avoid people flaming you.

    HAPPY NEW YEAR

It depends on the CPA Network. Some networks pay via Paypal. Some networks pay via Cheque, or direct deposit to your bank. So you can withdraw the money based on what mode your CPA Network pays to you.

Neverblue, Azoogle, Maxbounty, Hydra are some of the best CPA Networks. But the problem is - It is not that easy to get in these networks. I would suggest you to check out the thread "CPA Networks that require NO Phone Calls" thread instead of asking for Best CPA Sites. Because the best are not the easiest to get in.

    Hope that helps!

To be honest.....The search button isn't much help as it brings up almost everything anyway. Just typing something as general as CPA will give you months of reading. Start at the beginning and goto the CPA section, read a couple of days worth of text (which is what ALL users do, hence the slight dislike for some questions) and then you can post inspiring questions that haven't been asked......if that makes any sense

That is one of the way for them to promote their website. Sites required signups will have 1. Free Membership and 2. Paid membership. They hope that getting more people to signup using Free Membership may later help them in upgrading to Premium membership. Its all about "promoting" their site.

Also, collecting e-mail is for spamming them later I guess Lol
