I'm looking for someone to code me a site...

What I'm looking for is someone who can code me a membership site which has a few unique features incorporated into it.

I don't want to go into detail about what I want here, but it shouldn't be too hard for people who have a good understanding of php and mysql from what I've heard (I have tried one or two people but they're pretty busy at the mo).

It doesn't have to be made from scratch as it can be based off existing cms scripts such as drupal and joomla.
