I'm looking for high quality Mobile proxies (Canada)

As title said, I currently live in Canada and price for unlimited data plan for mobile is ridiculously high. I need these mobile proxies to create and manage multiple accounts on a website, no streaming or downloading large files. Price should be reasonable in comparison to the actual cost here in Canada (around 80 CAD for 25Gb unlimited)

This is not gonna happen. The cost of data is less than 50% of the overhead proxy providers need to pay to maintain their networks and pay themselves. You might be able to find private providers if you dig enough.

You should look into the residential proxy sellers in the marketplace https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/ Some newer providers offer better pricing, but that comes with a sacrifice of quality.
 
How many threads do you need or concurrent request for that price
 
You can check in the marketplace as many sellers have listed their services there. Alternatively, you can post in the "Want to Buy" section if you have customized requirements that I see you do have, and someone would ping you up for sure.
