the traffic provider must have good knowledge of advertising blackhat campaigns,
like having warmed up ad accounts and knows how to use proper keywords with a good cloaker to advertise my crypto site on tier-1 or 2 countries.
my ads budget will start low then increase gradually in case the provider gets me good traffic.
keep in mind that I'll only deal with people who look trusted like having reputable account,
or got vouches/positive feedbacks, or can show me proofs of his ads service, etc.
