I'm looking for an smtp server that won't ban me for sending spam in bulk.

I want to send to all domains I have a message to a specific prefix to hit a specific group of customers ([email protected]). We are using a bulk email verification program (EHLO -> MAIL -> RCPT TO ... -> QUIT.) now, but it seems to me that I will get a lot more by sending a message to all these emails. (I'm talking about building a mailing list). The problem is hard bounces....

Is there a server that will let me do this?
