    Hello everybody,

I'm really excited to start my new journey.

I'm doing IM for almost 3 years now, and I've been quite successful. Until now I was working in the poker/gambling niche and I was doing quite well. I got a steady ?150-200/day business and even got some ?500-?1000 days occasionally (90%+ on autopilot). Anyway, gambling just got restricted (legalized) in my country and therefore my business is now pretty much illegal. (And has been so for the last ~40 days)

I knew this was coming so a few months back I started 2 projects. 1 of the projects failed big time - I invested most of my money and my JV partner ran away... sad! The other project is now alive, but it was meant to be monetized with paid traffic and I need at least $3-4k in order to test the waters and optimize the site to convert better, so at this point I'm pausing it.

Anyway, I will pick 3 methods and start grinding on each of them. The ones that convert well will be kept and scaled if possible. The ones that doesn't work will be replaced.
All methods will be free or almost free ones that doesn't require much money. All methods I chose should be able to show results quickly. All methods I will be using are taken from here, nothing new - just tweaked of course (if possible).

    The goals of my journey:

Goal #1: Get where I used to be before: ?150-200 / dayly - steady
    Goal #2: Get even better

The 3 methods I'll be starting with:

    • Reselling fiverr gigs. (Haven't chosen a niche yet)
    • Youtube + CPA (let's see if this is still alive
    • Promoting websites and conversion optimizing services to companies (I'm not in the US, this one might not work)

I will be updating this thread as often as possible. I have found that making a commitment to the public makes you even more motivated to actually achieve your goals.
Please do not PM me with stupid questions. If you have something, just post it here and I might answer you.

Good Luck I must say I prefer to have my morning coffee over the Journeys where people know what they are doing.
Make sure you keep it regular... I mean the thread I'm not advertising side effect of a morning coffee.

Whats become of your old site? Have you flipped it? You'd be able to make a pretty handsome amount from a site like that.

Stay strong dude. Coming off a high point like that can really take the wind out of you, so it's great you're staying motivated and active. Wish you the best of luck!

    Thanks!

    This one made me laugh!
Yep, I flipped the site 2-3 weeks before the actual law was approved by the gov. I didn't got really good prize, but I knew the law is coming really soon and the buyer didn't.

    Thanks!

There is a new law that is legalizing the online gambling. That means only a site that get a license will be able to operate legally. In countries like mine, usually there aren't more than 2 - 3 sites who achieve to get a license, as such things are hard and require a lot of background check and big investments.
Currently ~50% of the gambling sites are filtered by the local ISPs, which makes me feel less bad for the buyer of my site as he still have some options to run his new business.

Thank you! I knew this was coming so I had like 2 months to prepare myself for this moment. Of course I was hoping to get my projects running, but unfortunately this didn't happen.

Anyone can recommend me a nice, user and developer-friendly e-commerce solution (template/theme/etc)? I'm a noob coder by the way, so wordpress is preferred.
I bought a pretty nice domain name, but spent the last almost 2 hours on looking for a suitable theme/template... yet haven't found any. I actually did but it turned out it's only for physical products and it requires a shipping address, which I can't seem to turn off.

I need it to have simple checkout and if possible 3 rows of products per line. This is quite important, as Ive read about it in many case studies that it improves sales for e-commerce sites. When you give your prospects a simple choice of 3, its much easier for them to chose and make a decision compared to if you give them 4 or 5. I don't know why but most of the themes I found are having 4 products per line.

I'm planning to sell some social services or yotuube views/likes/comments. Haven't decided yet.

Big thanks if anyone can help! :)

Except for starting this thread it was quite a non-satisfying day.

I got a pretty cool domain name and finally managed to find a nice wordpress e-commerce theme for it. I was searching for like 3 hours and then played with it for another 2 or something hours, just to see how the features are working. Will finish the site tomorrow. I also applied for a incent CPA network, as I have access to more than 5 regular CPA networks, I believe it should be easy to get accepted here.

Browsed fiverr for gigs that would be easy to resell. Unfortunately many of the good sellers are having huge turn around times so I will have to go with the less popular ones. Will be updating tomorrow.

Just finished Day 2 of my journey. I got some appoitments like visiting the dentist and therefore failed some of the tasks for today.
Good thing is that I invested a lot of time in the theme and I know how everything works now, hopefully will launch it tomorrow.

Some of the gigs I found on fiverr were quite cheaper than the rest, so I might also try to sell stuf on fivver by reselling it, lol. At beginning it will be quite senseless, but if I get a nice account, it could be worth it later on.

    Day 1 + Day 2: $0

    Plan for tomorrow:
    • Work at least 8 hours
    • Start a fiverr account
    • Upload content on the site. Make it as attractive as possible. Write clever sales copy for the products I'm reselling
    • Spam around the net for at least 90 minutes
