It will look better than just the odd phrase "Get your ringtone here"
And it will make you look more genuine as in "he put some work in it. This is probably a real fan putting up vids of his idols and sharing a source for a cool ringtone with us."
My YT vids are all "handmade" this way.
Not the same descriptions or tags on all my vids.
It's more work but the number of visitors to my sites are higher than when I started and used premade stuff for all my vids.

lyrics will definitely get you more views, i listen to lots of underground rap that only come out on mixtapes so YT is one of the main places to find these songs and i ALWAYS look for ones with lyrics so i can learn the rhymes.
and you also have the groups of college girls who have the need to get together in a dorm room, blast a girlie song and sing the lyrics to it.
dont forget to put in fake comments and ratings so you can get a higher search ranking!
