I'm curious about cloaking.

Most of the black keywords use clocking when using AdWars or CPC advertisements.

I know that if I use clocking, when I access my site from Googlebot or Google side, it is exposed to normal pages.
So if I cloakingthe site with the most traffic and the most authority in each country to appear, is there a chance that the site will go to page 1?

Googlebot is recognized as a highly authoritative site, and is it possible for consumers who want us to access to Black Hat SEO if the page I want appears?

I'm inquiring because I've never used clocking, and I'm not exactly sure how it works even if I search it.

Cloaking is one of the blackhat method which can lead the traffic to your site indirectly but it has the lot of risk factor unless you use it properly .

What are you talking about? How "cloaking can lead the traffic to your site indirectly"?

OP, cloaking is as you said, a way to show Google something else and your visitors something else. This can be used for BH paid traffic campaigns or even with SEO (hiding parts of your pages or ranking some crap AI content, but showing highly converting landing page for the users).
