It was a old friend I hadn't talked to in three years. Haha, I called him, and he laughed so much

When you created a new account, I mean the one getting views, did you warm up the account before uploading, or you just upload immediately after creating the account

There are apps that create a new space on your phone as if it was a new phone, then you can install several instances of tiktok. Use different IPs with each instance (toggling plane mode will do this).
Then you can use multiple tiktok accounts on one phone.

use https://appcloner.app/ and clone as many instances as you need
play with the settings, it's interesting what you can achieve there.

No don't upload videos instantly.,warm up the account before uploading videos. Watch videos, like them, and leave some comments. By doing this, you prove to TikTok that you are a real human.
Thanks for tips But I guess I need a new IP for every account? I mean, I can't run 10 accounts on the same IP with App Cloner, right? I guess I'll be banned if I do that.
