1.Finding a profitable Clickbank product( The most ignored, yet most important part!)

What is a profitable Clickbank product? Well, normally, it has high gravity and good looking sales page, but don't promote good looking pages that sells some E-book that nobody wants!

Go after products that SOLVES A PROBLEM. It can be physical, financial, mental, just go for people that are desperate, they are more likely to PAY for that solution, cause after all, that's all we want: A urgent buyer that want to solve his problem.

Yes there are plenty of great products on Clickbank, but if you want to make the most out of your time and do not have a list of 15 000 subscribers(like most of us)you might want to really focus on products that will sell!

    2. Making a blog that converts

So now that you have found the perfect product to promote, it's now time to pre-sell it! This part is really important. This is what separates the losers from the winners. As I told you previously, it's important to choose a product that solves a problem, because your blog will be your"personal journal" about that same problem.

This is basically what you need to do:

Write a 300-500 words story about how you've lived with the problem( Ex: i was fat, i had acne bla bla bla, you get it!)
Explain that you have tried lots of methods and other solutions, but they didn't work. Keep it personal, cozy. You really have to put yourself into the readers mind.
Introduce the products you are promoting, but do not sell it! Just tell people that you have tried it, it worked well, and that they can visit the official site if they want.
If you want to make a complete review about that product, be sure to add negative points. This will make your review look more relevant and you'll get more conversions.
Continue adding content to your blog.

3.Promote your blog- Test and tweak.

So, now you need traffic. You should try focusing on SEO, because after all, free traffic is great!

If you want to learn SEO, grab a cup of coffe and start reading BHW threads about SEO. I did that, I learned and now it's profitable for me so you should probably do the same thing...

When you'll have visitors, always test and tweak your copy writing an try to analyse what converts the best!

    Cheers! Hope this helps

I'm new myself, but from what I gather there is no limit to where you stop promoting. Online, offline, anything and everything you should be trying. For one product it may be best to advertise offline. On another, perhaps it is through facebook. The key is to get into the mind of your customer. Where will he be seeking your product. Put yourself into your buyers shoes and you will be able to get farther down the path of success.

I recommend either choosing SEO or paid traffic and sticking to one. You will find with paid stuff it is much easier to get going and start testing, but at a cost. With SEO it could be weeks or months before you start seeing traffic so consider that part of your plan and make sure to keep that in mind.

I would personally recommend SEO - and try to build longterm properties.. a mailing list, a forum, a newsletter whatever. All of it is good and will help increase your earnings per visitor, which is essential when dealing with clickbank. I would also highly recommend building your own landing pages for the offers. Many of their landers are complete crap.

Make a list of products you want to promote. Then choose your traffic method. Get a blog ready for it. SEO and YouTube are the easiest ones for driving traffic.

Yeah you can have articles on other sites link to your sales page.

Be smart with which keywords you target; pick the keywords that have the intention you want in your visitors.
