I seriously feel like a prisoner. I spent like 14 hours a day on the computer working on internet marketing stuff. I get so exhausted and am thinking I need to take a break but I CANT. Ive tried taking breaks and after like 2 minutes I feel like im wasting valuable time, and im not being productive. My girlfriend always tries to get me off the computer and I would like to but its so stressful. I feel like once I start making some decent money it'll be easier to kind of chill out. Any one else feel this way?

    Yes.

I'm going back to the real world actually.

It feels like I am chained to my computer the last couple years with no breaks (weekends don't exist for me anymore). Apaprently last year I did earn a fulltime income but it sure didn't feel like it. Feels more like I am broke.

Gonna go back to the regular grind and invest my spare income in sites instead.

Yeah, I've felt the same way before, you feel like nothing
is going your way, but just keep on pushing, and when you
finally get that check most of that weight on your shoulders
seems to go away, but that's just for a lil while until you run out
of cash, and then you gotta bust your ass some more.

All that hard work will pay off. Its okay to be a prisoner but once you find your money maker you'll be more relaxed

rakoom2002, I suggest you closely analyze your time and how productive you are actually being while you are on the computer. If you are ACTUALLY WORKING 14 hours a day and not seeing any results, then maybe this isn't for you.

When I first started out I would spend 14 hours a day on the computer, but then I looked in the mirror and realized there was a lot of screwing around and time wasting going on. Out of a 14 hour day, I might have actually accomplished 2 or 3 hours of work and pissed away the rest of the time surfing sites, forums, IM, facebook, distractions, etc. Now I actually focus for a few hours and get everything I need to done so I can enjoy everything else life has to offer.

Be honest with yourself and you will know what to do.

I guess you're right in a sense. I am still very new to this. Ive been a member here for 2 months, it feels like 2 years. I guess I spend about 4 hours a day doing fiverr gigs, probably 6-8 hours reading and researching and probably 2 or 3 hours implementing. I probably need to spend more time on implementing. Thanks for the insight bro.

I can tell you that I have definitely felt that way before. I think alot of has to do with too many projects. As soon as you narrow down to one thing things start to get better. Hang in there

I've found that a lot of work time is actually just staring at progress bars to finish, you know what I mean? Maybe you can use that in-between time to multitask and do something else?

this is why you should only focus on one thing that really works for you and give you money, other projects should go on second plan and you should develop them only with outsourcing etc ( pay with money earned from first project ).

I learned a valuable lesson if you try to do everything you just can't make it, it only works when you have experience in management of your resources ( time, money , ideas ) so best strategy is to focus on one, build capital and reinvest

    IM all the way.
Absolutely not. I actually don't do that much IM when I break it down. I'm making a living off of it but that is all it is for me. I'll easily give up IM time to go see my friends and my bf.

Look, its not worth it to spend your life chained to your computer. You've only got one life. Live a little.
