I'm 17 and I just found out about the W8 form

Hey!

I am an affiliate at ogmobi and I just found out that I have to fill in a tax form. I don't live in the USA but in a third world country.
I wanted to do the payment info & I saw I had to fill in tax.

I am still 17 and I will get 18 in a may months. But I need the money i've made
I can't wait 3 more months because I have to pay my flight ticket asap for exams. (I am in a international school)

What can I do? Or did I just lost all my money?
Is it possible to wait till I get 18 and fill in tax and request the payout then?
