What do you mean W9 tax problem? You just file the one that you are not from US and it is sorted. Even if u fail to fill it properly they dont have the rights to fine you. Worst case they ask you to submit it again.

Well, If you are thinking of the need for a Number (TIN) as a non-US citizen when you want to withdraw your TikTok Creator Fund earnings, you may have to contact TikTok Support so they can suggest to you an alternative.
