IG verify Problem

Can somebody help me out with this?:
I made a new account and only followed 300 people (manually) and liked 50 photos and then IG forced me to verify my acc but whenever i give up my phone number or one from a text message website it keeps telling me this: Sorry, please choose a different phone number.

It's really frustrating me..

You have probably used this number to verify an other account before? If you check the market place or something you will probably find someone that can do this for you if you do not have another cellphone number you can use.
