Is someone here know how the hourly time works? For example they say 60 follows per hour right. Well then how it will reset then?
is it like if i Finished Following at 9:45 will the hourly limit will be refreshed at 10:45?
Or is it like if i finished following at 9:45 will the hourly limit will be refreshed at 10:00?
