Its the one from my website which is also posted here for review (yesterday morning) but has not been reviewed yet. I sent a newsletter to my previous buyers (from the approved thread) yesterday so he went straight and made a thread. He was actually the second to buy it....
Even for the old list, he has a similar thread over there and they have too many common things with the thread that has been already been approved here.

Fine. I did n't find any scamming here, but seems to be reselling it without resell rights. Its similar to people who will be stealing the ideas from money making section of BHW and selling it on other forums.
Further, in the past, we warned and banned some people, who are sharing the stuff of Jr.Vip section in other forum. But this one happened in BST section.
Normally, we deal only with scammers in shitlist and see that he/she will be banned.
But, I could not consider this as scam, but stealing others hard work.. Even though OP don't have any copyrights for his list, considering the interest of our members and assuming ifyclose known about this issue, through the pm sent to the member krzysiekz, I am issuing ban to ifyclose.
Ban for 6 Months - Reason - ReSelling the list & Abusing the fellow member through PM.

Thanks BigBuddy. Even though it is not my own list, I have also wanted to release some big lists before but was worried something like this would happen and I would get ripped off.
At least we have had a decent outcome, and hopefully he is banned on other forum too.

i see this a lot of for some reason.
and im NOT talking about you specifically but i see these threads where
people are selling lists and state "im only selling 25 copies"
and the thread is FULL of people with 3, 5, 10 post saying, "I cant PM yet, but i paid"
but no one seems to care, they just want to cash in on the sales.
if you are only selling 25 copies why are they not to Reputable members???
what do people expect these people are going to do?
again, i seriously mean no offense towards you, but i have seen this over and over again. that dude can come back with a new account and one post, buy a new list and be reselling im just shocked and even more shocked when people get mad. there are thousands of slimeballs that visit this place daily. we can still watch out for one another... just sayin.

Ifyclose tried to sell my blog posting service on WF as well. i reported them and got them banned over there. hope he's been banned here as well.

And beaware! Some are trying to trade lists (ie auto approve list for a list you bought!)
