iframing? hiding reffer or spoofing? link shorteners?

well i am still somewhat of a newbie, and hoping that i could get some help on the following. Maybe you could point me to an article or an ebook.

How/what is iframing?
how do i hide my refferer and or spoof it?
any good link shorteners or is there a better method to hiding your links?

iframing - search for godcpa or cakeslice on the forums to see what they are and how they frame

hide referrers - easiest is the double meta refresh method, also searchable on here

hiding your links - things I have done include making a link like a URL (in my case: some-more.info/about/keyword which redirects to the offer page) or if you want to use url shorteners there are plenty out there (I will plug my own site dmurl.info as yet another shortener which alo blanks the referrer )

i have downloaded cakeslice but it works good for iframeing. But i am not sure how to spoof or hide the refferers with it as it does not have that option. I also can't find a copy of godcpa, that must be on the do not share list.
