Let's say you have a form which is primarily a sign up form for say, a newsletter. But, you happen to iframe it to submit to a cpa offer like free toilet paper for a day.

If your privacy policy on the site states that you have "the right to submit all members' emails to approved third parties", are you covered legally? Of course, the submitter didn't intend to submit to the toilet paper offer. But they did agree to submit their email address to you, and per the privacy policy, you have made it clear that you can submit their email to third parties.

Seems kosher, but I don't know.
