Lets just say that... the affliate networks will see the referrer of my landing pages..In my situation this is what i want to happen. The landing page that the network sees is just an AD ROTATOR that is iframed (referrer being sent). Within this ad rotator, lets say I have many offers running through it (spreading out my offers).

Now lets also assume my conversion rates were decent and the Affliate Networks for some reason wanted to look at my stats (hypothetically)

Now, would they have a problem with this? If they happen to ask me questions, i could just tell them im split testing my offers and I am redirecting my landing page to this "iframed ad rotator". I will also tell them that I will not reveal my "real" landing pages b/c i don't want them to steal my landing page ideas..

Do you guys see any problems with this approach?

Thanks in advance

I see no problem with your idea, but I have something for you to think through:
Is it really worth it to fight them over traffic? Why don't you just buy a .info domain, make a shitty blog, put on it your 'iframed ad rotator' and if they ask give them that URL and problem solved, they can't possibly know you weren't telling them the truth, so...
