I think it's better to fake your referrer rather than blank it, because very rarely would it ever legitimately be blank. There are many scripts or sites that can fake for you, but I prefer to do it my makeshift way.

Most framing/slicing programs just give you a bit of code to stick on your page. So the referer will be the page with your iframe, and of course you don't want that.

GODcpa, for example, gives you this:
    Your Domain:
main iframe code (sets the size of the frame/slice) > secondary frame (does the positioning of the frame to the input boxes)

But if you put the main iframe code on your site, the referer will be secondary frame and if your AM goes to that page, they will see the full CPA offer, but they will also see how it scrolls automatically to the input box, so that's pretty obvious that you're most likely framing it.

What I like to do is:
    Domain 1:
main iframe code (sets the size of the frame/slice) > [secondary frame on domain 2]

    Domain 2:
secondary frame (performs the positioning to the input boxes) > tertiary frame (a full-page frame of the CPA offer)

When you do it like this, the referer is the tertiary frame. All your AM will see is the full CPA offer with no scrolling whatsoever (the secondary frame does the scrolling, but your referer is the tertiary frame). So to your AM, your page is a legitimate, full page of the CPA offer and you can of course cover yourself and say you direct people to this page to keep them on your site/domain (explains the framing) while still taking them to the CPA offer.

The secondary frame takes care of the scrolling of the page to the input box, but your AM will never see this page because they see the third frame instead.

So then your full referer is domain2.com/tertiary-frame.html whereas your actual visitors will be on domain1.com, where your iframe of the offer is presented as it should be.
