Usually, I leave Amazon affiliate-type niches and go for obscure niches (as they are low competition). Informational niches are the best. https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/easiest-method-how-to-build-a-niche-site-that-makes-1-000-month.1392767/.

I will go after zero volume keyword research keywords and find 200 of these. https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/method-how-to-find-under-served-niche-topics.1400127/.

Once the keyword research is complete, I will do proper silo structure planning, Siloing helps you to https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/method-seo-silos-how-to-rank-for-more-keywords-without-building-links.1414608/

Most of the time these keywords require at most 1k words to fully answer the query.

I will order content for 100 articles (100k words = $1500 @ $15/1k words) + write 100 articles using AI tools ($300) + $200 for miscll.

Once I have 200 articles on the site, I will let it age for 6-8 months, and I will pick it up from there. In the meantime, I will either build some strong PBN links or would do the HARO outreach link building (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/a-mini-guide-to-haro-link-building.1409423/).

With what you've listed, I don't think $2k would be enough. Unless your HARO links and/or PBN links would cost $0.

After these 200 articles with zero search volume, would you create more content? Do you think these alone would consistently bring in increasing search traffic? Or this is just the very first step after which more investments could be made.

As of today, $2k is enough for tier-2 / tier-3 affiliate websites for me right now

It's really tough to have strong presence with just $2k in tier-1 traffic world currently!

I've to build minimum $1k (minimum) in backlinks (paid posts / niche edits are still doing wonders) and if we go for HARO, it would be even expensive;

Content $15 per 1000 words is definitely cheap and it won't be native quality for tier-1 /

so, I would say $5k is enough budget for first 6 months / if you go for YMYL niches, then you should be ready to invest more upfront!

You can do with $2k, I get it but chances are lower - but still, you can start with $2k but if the results will be poor, it will be 100% because of the low budget

After these 200 articles with zero search volume, would you create more content?
Yes, I will.
But this time rather than going for any and every keyword I can find, I will use the GSC and Google Analytics to understand the type of posts that I am the best ranking for i.e., for what sub-niche Google is giving my site a priority.

Example - Let's say I started an outdoor games niche, but after 8 months I found out that I am ranking/preferred by Google for the "paintball" sub-niche, so I will laser focus on this sub-niche and publish all the content that I can.

2k$ is enough to start with because you can hire writers from tier 2 or 3 countries because of the low rates ( Yeah I know they won't be native writers but they can write well).

And for the backlinks, you can do it yourself if you have the resources and you know what backlink you wanna build.

You might as well use that outsource content money for AI, $15/1k will just be of horrible quality, perhaps even worse than AI...

Your $2k should only go towards content imo, u can easily rank with 0 links.

2000$ / 40$ per article = 50 articles
50 x 5$/month = 250$/month

$15/1k will just be of horrible quality, perhaps even worse than AI

Not necessarily. Content isn’t dependent on the price, it’s dependent on the seller. I’ve written content for websites at $2/100 words in the past. Not much higher than your price point and my writing was top notch.

People who are saying $15/1k words would only get you garbage content, don't know how the market works.
Good writers are not only found in the US and UK. These are not the only English speaking countries with people who have a a good grasp of the English language.

For different sites I manage, be they mine or clients or associates' websites, I have always sourced writers locally. While not everyone qualifies to write for me, I've been able to get good writers for the equivalence of $10 to $15. $10 is about 6000 Naira. With 6000 Naira I do get good writers that would do proper research on the topic.

Everything you're going to write about is already available on the internet, it's not like you'd be going from country to country or house to house to get specific information from individuals. You just have to search the web.

When you're hiring writers that are in the US or sometimes claim to be in the US you expect to pay them much higher afterall what would $10 do for an American in the US.

Finally, the quality of a product or service does not depend on the price. While pricing could sometimes be an indicator, it is not enough to suggest a product or service is of good quality or not.

Can you check this Thread? is about How to validate a niche website for less than $100

What do you think? it is possible?

100s of different clients.

It’s not hard to market a service that’s actually good.
Yeah, I mean I have not much experience in the agency-type business, so it is fascinating for me that people can acquire 100s of customers in the B2B niche. How did you go about him (if you don't have a problem sharing it)?

I wouldn’t necessarily call that what I’d consider B2B, but it could be.

Marketing content is easy. LinkedIn, freelancer sites, scraping URLs & going over their content & offering to rewrite it. Ads. Even BHW marketplace.

Time consuming, but fairly straightforward & standard marketing practices.

Which approach is better:
A) adding 200 articles and then let it age for few months.

B) Adding 200 articles gradually in six months
