Upwork and is not even close.
The fact that is difficult for people to get an Upwork account and to fake those reviews is a big plus as you can trust Upwork reviews far more than here as many sellers fake reviews and such with harvesting multiple accounts (Same thing with Fiverr and other freelancing platforms).
I am NOT saying you won´t find quality SEO freelancers/services here, I am just stating that if I was looking for SEO services or to hire someone I would rather do it over in Upwork.
