i have been searching for workers for my upcoming linkwheel service here on bhw and i did some interviews with people who applied on odesk

Well my dear.

The "fun" is supposedly on the fact the the guy who applied have no knowledge of what a Link Wheel is, thus making it very nice for OP to read through it.

IMO this is no fun at all, but if OP is happy, then we should be as well. We are a community.

hmm linkwheel is just like data entry .
everybody can do it. just tell him what you need , thats it .

Well, bizilux, to paraphrase a famous inventor (Edison), I think you have: "successfully identified someone who hasn't got a clue about link wheels." :)

Are we talking the Philippines here? The phraseology sounds about right. I have employed a total of five Filipinos since April this year, and have one remaining (who is excellent).

The good ones are there - but if I was looking for a link wheel builder I would personally expect to go through 30-40-50 to find the really good one.
